UX Objectives

Creating a customer-centric experience for Motilal Oswal's online investing and trading platforms was crucial, as the brand had multiple mobile applications making it extremely confusing for new users to download and engage with the system. The challenge was not only to simplify the complex domain of finance but to also focus on engaging and attracting newer users onto the platform.

Based on stakeholder interviews, best practices, and expert review, we were able to identify the core problem areas in the existing design. The app was extremely overwhelming and cluttered for users, data provided by the brand was inconsistent and users found it hard to navigate through the app. Additionally, the brand had multiple apps on the play store and app store making it very confusing for users to download the right app to start their trading and investment journey with Motilal Oswal.

  • Service all financial needs for a customer at a single place in a super app.

Our Solution

ZEUX aimed to set the MO Super App apart in the competitive financial market by creating an immersive, user-centric experience. We employed persuasion design principles such as social proof, authority, and progressive disclosure, enhancing information hierarchy and visual design. The goal was to seamlessly integrate financial products, aspiring to become the Amazon of financial services.

The MO Super App brings everything under one roof, one umbrella. Users no longer have to switch between Motilal Oswal apps and other platforms to oversee, manage & nurture their finances.
