Vysali Somanchi
UX Designer

“Experiences are all around us. Design is making these experiences easy and memorable.”

A UX researcher and designer, Vysali has worked across different design disciplines, including jewellery and furniture, before undertaking her Master’s in Design for Interaction from Delft University of Technology. Exploring different aspects of design across various cultures has helped her hone her research and visual communication skills. In her free time, she enjoys watching thrillers and reading mysteries. Vysali also loves cooking, decorating rooms and organizing – she’s an expert at making lists. In fact, she has a list of all the lists she’s made! She’s extremely scared of pigeons, and prefers to get the lake view from the centre of the office.

Tanvi Karanjawala
UX Designer

“Design is when aesthetics meet functionality. It’s the simplest solution for complex problems.”

Tanvi has a background in Applied Arts with a specialization in Computer Graphics. She has worked with clients across sectors such as e-commerce, food, banking and finance as a visualizer. She is a minimalist and has a keen eye for detail. Tanvi loves chilling at beaches, sampling different cuisines and listening to music across various genres. She also enjoys painting and baking brownies with her mother – more importantly, she loves bringing them to office too. Her dream is to spend an entire night stargazing. Tanvi is a stickler for details and has zero tolerance for spelling mistakes. The one thing she can’t do is snap her fingers, but we love to watch her try!

Leeza Mundaden
UX Designer

“If at all design must deviate from a user’s mental model, the deviation should be delightful.”

After starting off as an artist and sculptor, scoring a degree in International Finance and working in Human Resources, Leeza finally found her ikigai in UX Design. Passionate about people, Leeza loves understanding their feelings and motivations through deep conversations and connections. She tends to be a perfectionist, even if that means losing out on a few hours of sleep. She enjoys drinking tea, reading crime thrillers and learning to sing in languages she can’t speak. A complete animal lover, her worst nightmare is a world without them. She’s also a hoarder, so if you’re ever looking for anything– right from glue to glitter to a very specific kind of container – you know who to go to!

Soumya Khedkar
UX Designer

“Great design is about finding clarity in the midst of all the chaos.”

Armed with a degree in Liberal Arts from the University of Exeter & a Masters in Media & Communication from the London School of Economics, Soumya has previously worked in social media and Public Relations. Her understanding of human motivation, organizational behaviour and different perspectives are firmly rooted in her work with people and user experiences. She enjoys reading (both fiction and non-fiction), making home videos and yoga. She’s also ever-ready to chat about all things pop culture!

Vedhika Anoora
UX Designer

“Good design isn’t easy, but it is simple.”

Vedhika’s professional journey has been quite a mixed-bag: she’s a psychology graduate who dabbled in media arts, psychotherapy, business management and design! Add all of these up, and she’s the perfect fit for a user experience designer looking to create human-centered solutions. Having worked with different NGOs in the education and mental health sectors, she brings to the table a deep understanding of behavioural design. Vedhika loves learning new languages (speak to her in Spanish – we dare you), baking and clay modelling. She’s also always carrying her backpack (it’s never more than 5 feet away from her), and we’re always hoping it has some cake she’s baked to share with us.

Isha Srivastava
UX Designer

“You can either be egoistic or a designer, but never both.”

Isha is a passionate designer with fresh ideas and an inclination towards learning and exploring. She has hands-on experience working in different stages of a user-centered design process, across domains such as e-commerce, IT, and real estate. She believes that being empathetic is central to being a designer, and she thrives on simplifying complex problems into perceivable, visually enhanced solutions. There are two things Isha truly loves – UX design and illustrations: one she will never tire of, and the other is therapeutic. She’s got the unique ability to switch to an animated version of herself anytime, anywhere… it’s something you’ve got to see!

Vrinda Datta
UX Principal

“You need to listen, be patient and observe closely, to provide the most memorable experiences.”

Vrinda holds a degree in Fashion Communication from NIFT Mumbai, and has spent over 10 years working in the domains of entertainment, fashion, healthcare, publishing, banking, fintech, IT consulting and gaming. A seasoned UX professional, she manages large UX teams, undertakes user research and testing, and designs final deliverables at ZEUX. In her free time, Vrinda reads design books, learns about AI and watches videos that inspire her creatively. She’s generally high on life – you’ll know when you meet her! Her hobbies include making art, cooking, writing poems and entertaining and pampering her two cats.

Vidhi Maru
Senior UX Designer

“Solving a UX problem is like solving a Rubik’s cube, you need to follow a process to get it right.”

After completing Raheja School of Art’s Visual & Communication Art Program, Vidhi started her career with branding and print design before stepping into the digital world, where she further developed her skillset and knowledge. She has solved complex design problems across domains like e-commerce, travel, banking, finance and EdTech. With a passion for visual design and eye for detail, she has the ability to design efficiently without compromising on quality. When she’s not working, you’ll find Vidhi playing Counter Strike and football with the team. A constant daydreamer, she extends her passion for design to herself as well, with her interest in nail art.

Varsha Thakar
Lead UX Designer

“Taste it before you bake it, test it before you develop it.”

Armed with a background in engineering and an intrinsic knowledge of design, Varsha has over 5 years of work experience. She has developed brand identities, marketing strategies, illustrations, websites and mobile applications across sectors including telecommunications, banking, OTT platforms and non-bank loan organizations. She approaches complex problems with the right intent, striving for clarity and staying calm and composed amidst chaos. At ZEUX, her process involves understanding hungry customers, picking up the right ingredients and proportions, cooking up the right recipe, making sure the plating is on point and inserting food metaphors wherever possible. A complete foodie, Varsha enjoys making cheesecakes, eating pizzas, binge watching food videos, keeping the office pantry stocked and shopping online… for research purposes, of course.

Tanvi Purohit
Lead UX Designer

“Good design is when art and science meet context.”

Tanvi has 5 years of experience creating brand experiences in both the physical and digital world, across industries that include telecommunications, FMCG, lifestyle, alcohol, fashion, electronics, banking, travel, sports and e-commerce. Trained in visual communication, she believes in a cohesive brand experience, and with an appetite to learn, she seamlessly switched from retail and branding to UX. Tanvi’s design solutions are a balance between functionality and aesthetic, with the user’s emotions at the core. She loves the sun, beach vacations, swimming, intense workouts, writing, experimenting with art, spicy food and easy-to-make desserts. Tanvi is a crazy CatDog lady, and is 100% likely to share photos and random information about her pets and other animals she encounters on the streets.

A graduate from Parsons School of Design, he has over 8 years of experience delivering innovative, user-centered design solutions. He has led strategic efforts to build products for established brands across sectors such as banking, real estate, fashion, retail, EdTech and sports. Sugesh possesses the ability to weave research, user motivations and business goals into a cohesive experience across footprints. What better opportunity to roast the team, right?

Shruti has gained experience working as a technology consultant, strategist, researcher and designer, across sectors such as banking, EdTech and OTT services. She is passionate about design and technology and their roles in building an end-to-end user experience. “Good designers are like doctors; they understand the root cause before prescribing the meds.”

Sanchit holds a Masters in Design Innovation from Goldsmith’s, University of London, an experience that has helped him discover himself as a creator. He has worked with various agencies and start-ups, and has handled projects across industries such as transportation, FMCG, education, hospitality, banking and lifestyle. Sanchit creates innovative solutions and meaningful experiences by an in-depth understanding of the people, business and technology involved. He believes that a design is truly ‘good’ when there are no frills attached. When in need of inspiration, a good ‘walk-and-talk’ gets his creative juices flowing. At ZEUX, besides work, he enjoys playing CounterStrike, football and listening to live music. He also loves coffee, traveling, sampling different cuisines and his evening badminton sessions.

Noella Dias
Senior UX Designer

“Design is like baking – all the ingredients should be in perfect measurements for the perfect taste. And yet, someone may find it too sweet.”

As a UX designer, Noella believes in crafting aesthetic designs with substance – they should connect emotionally with end-users. Meeting and interacting with new people helps her evolve as a designer. Extremely detail-oriented, she’s a team player who accepts and learns from different perspectives. Always looking to improve her skills, Noella is a keen learner. Her hobbies include abstract photography, baking, creating art and taking care of her plant babies. She enjoys having philosophical conversations over cups of coffee… but can’t ever seem to decide between an espresso or americano.

Murtaza Khalil
Senior UX Designer

“The phrase ‘That’s just how things are’ is an invitation for innovation.”

With a background in business management and finance, Murtaza has harnessed his passion for technology and minimalism to smoothly transition into a UX designer. His education gives him an edge: creating designs that are symbiosis of business and user needs, efficiently navigating projects by minimizing hiccups and maximising quality. He has worked on projects across healthcare, banking, fintech and e-commerce. Murtaza designs for the future and enjoys the present. Outside of work, he is an avid reader, comic buff, art enthusiast, photographer, gamer and a not-too-experimental foodie. A night-owl who doesn’t drink too much coffee, Murtaza’s curiosity and difference in perspective gets him to question everything, making conversations with him long and insightful, with a generous helping of humour.

She enjoys binge-watching Netflix, and is an experienced multitasker. Her fearlessness and ability to speak her mind makes her ZEUX’s OG ‘Bhai’. A real team player, she’s always smiling and laughs at everything – even when her colleagues crack really bad jokes.

Kriti Krishan

“UX without ease is like pizza without cheese.”

All good things come in small packages, and here’s our proof. Kriti is a UX designer with a background in psychology and research. With a fascination for what makes people tick (and untick), she applies her knowledge of psychology to understand users and design screens that would engage and delight them. She is also ZEUX’s Social Media Expert and Counter Strike Rookie (practice makes perfect). She has an eye for detail, designing screens to perfection. Kriti enjoys reading books, writing, practicing yoga and watching animated television shows. She’s also an avid collector of miniatures, always on the lookout to fill her house with tiny versions of big things.

Fatema is passionate about baking and making coffee in office, whipping up creamy, hand-beaten coffee on the daily (move over, Dalgona).
